Complete job description Job Description: We are looking to add a proactive and thorough Data Entry Specialist to our team. Entering teacher resumes into a recently created database is the main duty of this position. Information on the experiences, publications, research interests, awards, and contact details of faculty members will be entered for this post from a variety of sources. It is essential to take care to guarantee that every entry is accurate and consistent. Critical thinking, attention to detail, and the capacity to recognize and convey any problems or enhancements in the data input procedure are all necessary for this role.

 Principal Duties: Precisely input faculty resumes into the database. Find and identify any discrepancies, information gaps, or areas where the data entry procedure should be improved. Work together as a team to comprehend new fields and adjustments needed depending on the data being submitted. Ensure that all data is secure and secret. Help in the creation and improvement of data entry protocols Among their responsibilities include a range of data input, verification, and other secretarial tasks. inputs and modifies data in a national database, program, or computer system. . 20% Sorts and prepares documents for entering data. . 70% inputs data into national databases or systems. . 5% Upholds knowledge of and makes ensuring that university privacy rules are followed. . 5% Supporting other current CoE initiatives.

Work Type: Some of the work for this role may need to be done on-site, in person, at a specific school location. Some tasks could be completed remotely, at a non-campus, off-campus location. The first training session will be conducted on-site.

 Type and Length of Appointment: Terminal appointment. Depending on need and/or budget, this job may be extended.

 Pay: at least $17.00 per hour Depending on the qualifications.
